Velcon is a privately owned innovative construction and property development company that is in constant pursuit of building excellence.
Headquartered in Wollongong, our story began a decade ago when founder and Managing Director Stefan Vellar first began renovating and constructing high-end boutique homes, a career inspired by the life’s work of his grandfather and the days when attention to detail was paramount. Our directors honest, collaborative & pragmatic approach has been Velcon's catalyst for growth & has enabled us to successfully oversee the management of multiple commercial, residential and industrial developments in New South Wales and South East Queensland.
When the market speaks we translate. With our core group of trusted suppliers and contractors, we deliver projects on time, on budget & beyond our client’s expectations.
Our experienced staff have the knowledge, relevant skillsets, and the perseverance to take projects through the full cycle of Site identification, Design, Development approval & Construction.
